Poor service
So last month had a problem with my account been debted twice and guess what nothing has been done spoke to a lady Carol who confirmed that my policy were up to date and she could not understand why I was debted the second time, she how ever was gona look into it and get back to me but no called so I was debted for this month and I call in and the consultant is so confused and never helped at all so on the 7th I will be dented again for I dont no what so no funds in my account so now I will pay another 200 bank charges coz pld mutual dont no what they are doing, think of cancelling my policy with them
