Poor service

I requested for a call from a consultance at old mutual i was then contacted i wanted a police for life cover education and savings i was prepared to pay 600 for everything but then wen i received my policy information i noticed that 400 was for education and 200 for life cover and there no savings there i then decided to send email to the person that made this policy i told this person i wanted savings,life and education i then told him i want to cancel i will go directly to the store he then gave me and email i send an email advicing them i want to cancel i was then told to send a letter i told then i wont send a letter as i have send an email since then i never goT a reply old mutual do not debit my account month end as far as i know i cancel my request this shows the service i will receive for future so im not happy already Do listen to the call
