POOR SERVICE

Trying to get hold of a Old Mutual consultant for days now. When you call you hold 10+ minutes/(i hang up since i am on prepaid), when you email you get response only 2 to 3 weeks after you mailed, requesting your details,which you gave in the initial email just to receive a response that someone will call you. If you are lucky someone call you, but then cant assist you and will get a consultant to call you back, which never happens. So in short i cant discuss with them why i cant make my payments and want to make arrangements. Just for them to constantly remind my i did not pay, but they dont bother contacting a person
