Poor Service
I’m very disappointed in Old Mutual Finance who can’t assist me with a personal or debt consolidation loan. According to the branch in Robertson it’s regarding affordability. The lady who assists me just said it was because of affordability, I have a paid-up letter from Old Mutual and another loan that was paid up in June.
She didn’t even ask about the deductions on my bank statement, then I’ve could have told which amounts are paid in full and I can provide her with paid-up letters also.
