Poor Service

Old Mutual has failed to honour their monthly payments due to me on the last day of May 2018. I have sent requests to Brian Horack the complaints manager but was told they investigating. It is unacceptable that a company of the magnitude of Old Mutual will make such a blunder and take so long to fix their blunder. While they are investigating how do they expect a person to survive. Debit orders have come back unpaid which means fees, credit ratings are affected which is unacceptable
