Poor Service

I visited a branch in Evaton mall/plaza, I was hoping to get attention and be assisted. I ask the receptionist and he said I should seat there somebody will assist me. I waited almost 15 to 30 minutes, you could see that consultant are available to assist you but no, nobody is giving you attention, i waited until 5:00 closing time, people are leave for knock off time still nobody is giving me attention. I only wanted policy number so I could pay my policy. I still do not have policy number.
