Poor Service

On Tuesday last week I visited Lusikisiki Old Mutual branch to surrender my educator with sole intention to pay fees for my child yesterday a day before school opening. They promised a five working days turn around time. When I noticed that their promise did not materialise, I called them. They took my number and promised to call me . When they failed to call me I called them late and they promised me that money will be deposited either yesterday or today. Up until now I have not received anything. I went to school with stories whereas I have made plans for school reopening. As a result of this I have suffered severe damage to my intergriy both at school and to my child. Why should I then continue investing money and trust to Old Mutual
