Poor service

I claimed my retirement anuity wit old mutual on the 23rd of October 2020 I submitted all my documents. After some few days they told me to submit my divorce agreement which I did on the 2nd of November.. I went from pillar to post checking what is happening only to fndt that they only submitted my documents on the 15th of December 2020... So I have to wait for another 30 days for them to process my money I think I was unfairly treated as their client....
