Poor service
I was helped, at a specific branch, told that all is in order, received an SMS on when the claim will be paid out. Wited fir two extra days, but to no avail. I was promised that it will be escalated, as very urgent. In my opinion, the services rendered to ke, was not poor, it was beyond that. I will without a doubt moved my insurances elsewhere.
