Poor Servce on Tax Free Plan Withdrawal

I am disappointed with the service that I am getting from Old Mutual. I called in on Friday, September 12, 2025, to ask for help with the process of withdrawing from the Tax Free Plan. I was then sent all the documents that I must submit and I was told that it will take 5 to 7 working days for the payout however even now, I havent received the portion of the money that I am withdrawing. When I call to find out the status or progress on the matter, I am being sent from pillar to post. The lady that I spoke to today was so rude, and she said she would call me back, but she didn't. This type of service is not acceptable. Whenever I call, I don't get any specific answer or status from Old Mutual call center. My number is ***
