Poor Sercice

Asked Old Mutual on 25th January via email to reduce the cover on my policy Ob 26th jan was informed that the policy reduction quote was being looked into Follwed up with old mutual.. still awaiying the quote since the 26 January..today is the 5 th March..surely it does not take that long to get a quote to redcue the cover and premiums
