Poor se

Hi can i actually get a person with authority to assist me with my quiry because, i've spoken to multiple people with no assistance and recently spoken to a Team Leader i presume the call got cut on her side if she didnt end the call herself. I've been getting calls and when i answer they hang-up. Then i get a massge stating you have been trying to call me with no success. This is the second time i'm actually complaning about your service and yet the seems to be no improvement.
