Poor reception service
The service at reception was very bad. I went twice for getting assistance with cash back due to me and the receptionist lady at the Bloemfontein Loch Logan branch refused to listen to my plea and eventually told me that she cannot help me. She seemed to not even know how the system operated. Very poor service really.
