POOR POOR service from Old Mutual

I bought Old Mutual funds through Rosstone/Hiveld. In February I have sold one of the funds and bought another one. Old Mutual subtracted R1 774.60 as capital gains tax, on the gains that I made within the fund. Now, we asked Johan Greyling and Rencia Erasmus for a tax certificate, as we paid the R1 774.60 capital gains tax. Johan Greyling from Rosstone said that there is now tax on such funds and that the fund is liabile for the tax. He then referred us to Rencia Erasmus from Old Mutual, but she is just ignoring our emails. If Johan Greyling is correct, and we are not liabile for the tax, then Old Mutual must pay back our R1 774.60 that they subtracted or if not so, they must provide us with a tax certificate as we have requested several times. This is really POOR POOR service from Old Mutual!!!
