POOR POOR SERVICE FROM INVESTEC AND OLD MUTUAL

With this company and Investec there are no client service.. i am struggling since 7.03.2018. to transfer my provident funds to my bank.,, first the made the mistake to send all of my provident to sars,,,and now what terrible terrible client service if you phone them it is always somebody else that is working with the case,, and they also waiting in this case for sars,, when are they are going to take responsibilty for there mistake.
