Poor Poor Service
I asked OM to surrender a small amount of money due to me and I was advised : "Thank you for your enquiry on 1 July 2021. Please note money takes between 5-14 working days to reflect" I am still waiting....even though the query was only sent for surrender on the 15 July 2021
