POOR PATHETIC SERVICE FROM OLD MUTUAL
Absolutely pathetic service. My claim was submitted 3 weeks ago, and now I have been advised it will take another 5-7 working days. These people have no sense of urgency and definitely do not treat customers fairly. They don't know what an, SLA and TCF is.
