Poor investment case management

Since my dad passed on 2020 Nov, I have consulted old mutual to assist, the service is poor and not assigned to any case manager. As a black professional this is disappointing and extremely frustrating to even want to engage with them regarding my own personal investment. I'm not considering them at all. No help or whatsoever.
