Poor financial advise

Good day I am writing this with great disappointment I recieved from old mutual I'm mafikeng, I went into retirement and spoke to consultant at old mutual who advised me that the money I had invested is withdrawable, to my surprise when I went to old mutual to request portion of the money I was told I can't withdraw money as its a retirement annuity which I was never explained how it works and all the benefits, my purpose of investing the money initial was to finished my house and do other personal errands, I was under the impression that the money I was receiving was part of interest. the consultant at the time as told me when ever I need the money or need to make changes I can always do so at any time. but as I went to so those changes was told its not possible. I was also advised by one of the consultant after going to the branch speaking to manager at Mmabatho branch as well as mafikeng branch I was advised to write a letter of complain which I did and took it back. till today I have not received any help. one of the consultant advised me that I should have recieved one third of the money which I was never advised about as well and have not received till to date, my request is to cancel the package and get all money back or a portion of one third asap. and to know how much can I receive from my money since this was a poor financial advice from the branch.
