POOR FEEDBACK

On the 8th April 2015 I send form to surrender my policy and the consultant at call centre confirmed that money will be paid into my account within 15 working days . 15 working days passed and I phoned they told me that I did not fill in my tax number . I resend the form again and they now tell me I have to wait another 15 working days. I'm so ****ed by their service . Why didn't they send me e mail or sms that there is missing information .I'm really disappointed by OLD MUTUAL
