Poor experience with their rewards program

I have signed up for their rewards program and filled in all their questions. I then spent hours going through their training and assessments and was told I have rewards worth R200. The trickery then comes in redeeming the rewards. They asked me for proof of res and Id copies which I provided. I was then put through to an agent called Zachery Rhoda and from our first interaction it was clear that they did not want me to redeem these so called rewards. After I provided him with all documents they requested he then changed and said he wants to see my banking transactions. After mails and a call where Zachary was very rude I told him they can keep their points I will make sure never to use any of their offerings through my life time be careful with these guys
