POOR DEATH CLAIMS SERVICE

It's almost 3 years since my dad has passed and the death claims dept has been requesting the same information already submitted time and again, bit by bit, delaying and prolonging the process for 2 years. I have sent multiple emails months ago to the complaints department and nobody has gotten back to me yet. Very disappointing to have to experience this, no candor or care for the family of a deceased member. Absolutely disgusting!
