Poor customer servicing
I since submitted my documents for a withdrawal on the 14th of December 2023 and was advised that the process would take 7 working days, today marks 15 days and i still haven’t received any sufficient feedback. When i made an enquiry on the 5th of January 2024 they said the processing department would give me feedback, i still have not gotten any communication.
