old mutual Attlyn branch in Atredgeville Pretoria West is very poor poor, the consultants are very poor and lack of product knowledge and customer service. you go and claim several times and they expect you to submit same documents numerous times, is like they have lack of attention to details. claims takes time to be paid out because of unprofessionalism , poor attention to details and not being through with their work. my mom had to resubmit her claim documents 5 times using taxis each time, as they will tell her that they cannot trace her claim each time she goes to the branch. this is very poor and unprofessional institute to deal with, especially when the family is in mourning and now old mutual add an extra stress of claiming. i will never recommend anyone to old mutual
