Poor Customer Service & No Feedback.

I am soo disappointed on the kind of service I am getting from Old Mutual Superfund, it has been over a month my funds are not being paid out and I am constantly told stories whenever I use my resources over 4 times to try and find out what could be holding them up, and why am I not getting my funds.

They can't even escalate anything to their superiors, it is just chaos .. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I am getting from them.. I would not recommend anyone to use them at all.
