Poor customer service from Old Mutual
I have been trying to make a withdrawal from my tax free Savings with old mutual ,they have been sending me from pillar to post .I sent all documents they requested ,resend them again to all their emails but they still claim to not have received them . I have been trying to access my money for over 2 weeks now . Not a loan but my own money !

Why must it always come to this ,look at how many people are not happy with old mutual .
90% of these reviews including mine are withdrawals from savings ....our money and not loans . I will be awaiting your response
