Poor customer service from Old Mutual

Old Mutual service is very poor, their phones and emails are never answered, all you get is "please hold your call is important to us" but half an hour later you are still on hold or they reply with automatic email replies, which is still not answered over two months. I am still waiting for a response to my emails that I sent in. Everyday I keep sending more emails with no results. I hope Old Mutual understand with such poor service results in loss of business, and in today's economic situation, especially with the Covid virus every penny helps. Thanks You Yours sincerely
