Poor customer service from Kgaugelo Mphahlele at Boulders branch

I went to old mutual In Midrand, the Boulders. I wanted a print out of my policy contract. I found a lady by the name of Kgaugelo Mphahlele who gave me a very bad attitude. She was very rude towards me and she said I don’t have a policy with Old mutual. After sitting there for 30min without her saying anything she just left me at the table and I went to her and ask what does she mean because every month I pay for my policy and she said sit there I’m still investigating. This are the people that will make one to cancel the policy because of their rotten attitude. This lady must be disciplined for her. Ad behavior towards customers.
