Poor customer service

Customer service: Phuti, old mutual Polokwane in checkers shopping. The que system tickects are not adhered to by this lady; she just come and pick her friends who dont have tickets and also manipulates system to adjust the numbers to those she prefers. Old mutual service is quite bad because of such poor customer service. I will never recommend old mutual to anyone especially their products as their service has been poorer over the years.
