POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I am here at Old Mutual Pinelands Cape Town and I flew from Johannesburg to get assistance and I am not getting it. Its a pillar to post issue, no one knows nothing. Their service is disgusting. No one knows what is going on with my comprehensive funeral policy. They dont care at all.
