Poor customer service by old mutual
Recently had a bad experience with Old Mutual, I have requested a refund after they debited my bank account and took premiums by stop for same policies for 2 months. I was only refunded for 1 policy and only for 1 month. Now no one from old mutual is giving me an answer as to why I haven't received the outstanding refunds. I'm so exhausted.
