Poor customer service
Old mutual customer care number is pathetic, I almost spend R300 every week I try to get hold of them and i hold almost 1hour for assistant and i m using air time,when I go their branches I dont get help and i have so many policies with them!! Last week I visited one of their branches in Hammanskraal the lady who was helping me she said i must call customer care imagine she didn't even bother to do that for me after explaining to her that when I call customer care I just hold ! Pathetic ***
