POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been trying to cancell my investment and get the money i have saved so far. But the process has been a tedious one, i have been dealing with Anelisa Ngxabani that has not been replying back to my emails on time, when i contact olm mutual i am not able to get any help they just put me through from one person to the other. but the above mentioned person has not been helpful and she/he told me that i withdrew my policy already and gave me another person's statement. I am completely helpless as i am told that I don't have any funds whereas I have not withdrawn anything since I took the investment.
