Poor Customer Service

I am very dissappointed as the old mutual loyal customer. this company has been so good to me but recently they have dissapointed me the way they handled the withdrawal on one of the investment oi just recently opened for my daughter who is 7 years old. they sent me the forms to complete , which i did, and i sent them back, they checked(which i am not too sure if they did) sent me back the email to say the other page requires a commissioner's signature, i did not mind getting that, i went to the nearest police station to get that.

first feedback: your application for withdrawal is processed second feedback: the contract is not under your name My reply: what do you mean, i send the email with my explanation and to get clearity from thier side.

No reply till this day. so today In decided to call to find out what is happening, and i was told my application was not proceesed , i need to start the process with my daughters banking details , my 7 year old doesnt have a bank account, i must go open a bank account for her so that they can deposit the money in her bank account, and start completing the forms again, get signature again from SAPS.

I do not mind all this, it wouldve made sence if i was told first time i started sending through my application. but no i had to find out myself, how inconvinient. they way i am so angry , I feel like cancelling everything i have with old mutual. this is poor customer service
