Poor customer service

I was called my an old mutual consultant regarding my provident fund. I asked him to call me at 1pm during my break however he calls me around 13 15 and had that time I didn't have reception on phone. I called back again but the number says old mutual will call me back.. It's been over a day and he still hasn't called me. I think I'm going to cancel all old mutual policies that I have.. Very unprofessional
