Poor customer service

Old mutual has been sending me messages saying I have cash back but they keep sending the money to a bank account I told them I do not use anymore. When I told them again they said they would investigate the matter and get back to me, two days later the send me money's that isn't even half of the money I should be getting. I'm tired of complaining the whole time. Tomorrow I'm going to shut down my policy with old mutual.
