Poor Customer service

I have Done a Withdrawal request from my investment VIa Whatsapp 2 days ago , i had even send an email thats when they rep**** requesting a bunch of documents ? if thats the Case why do have whatsapp withdrawal if you cannot approve same time ,

You take our m oney it time but you fail to return the cash on time , your call center is bad , you dont answer calls
