Poor costumer service and unprofessional behavior

I withdrew money fom 2 of my Old mutual investments I got money from 1. The one they say i must fill in Tax Residency form filled it and sent to them more ten times now but they say they've never received anything.

Called the service provider the consultants they just tranfer me from one consultant to the next, been on the phone with them for 60 minutes nothing is resolved.

Old mutual definitely has one of the poorest costumer service I've seen. Just wanna cancel all my policies and get back my hard earned money
