Poor Client service Ethos
Still the same poor client service from Old Mutual .
My case was referred to their Albritration department, and they waited 20 days to give me the same answer. When I started to interigate their process and my contract...I got radio silence from Old Mutual. I sent an e-mail yesterday again, still no news from Old Mutual.
Old Mutual, Stop thinking people are stupid !!!
