Poor client service

Bad experience! I joined Old Mutual in 2013 due to a business opportunity which was called Old Mutual Connect. The business came with a policy, paid my business debit order and policy for about 6/7months then the business opportunity was discontinued/closed by the company (OldMutual ) The company adviced that refunds will be issued for both business and policy however that never happened in my case instead they continued deducting the policy whenever they wanted and converted the business account into policy which made two policies instead of one. In 2015 Old Mutual decides to stop transacting for the one policy and the same happened in 2017. I have been chasing this matter with them for years but no help. No refunds ssued until this day, politics have all lapsed
