Poor Claims Experience

Dear Old Mutual

My Disability claim remains pending for an unexplainable amount of time. Whereas Sanlam Life paid by claim almost 16 months ago!

The feedback from the claims consultant today confirmed that all required information from myself has been provided.

What is the purpose of acquiring these benefits if it cannot be provided to myself (the client) when a valid claim exists??
