Poor business ethics and *****ing customers

I opened a funeral policy for my Dad it's been deducting for years up u till now in Jan they did deduct but yesterday and today I received a call from an agent telling me that it lapsed in April last year. I never received not even a notification about this. No letter nothing but my money is being taken every month.
