Poor and unprofessional service

For a week trying to cancel my retirement policy and i have been sending emails yet no response, when i call them still i wait 10 to 20 mins with no answering or the person you find will transfer your call to the relevant department where you will wait another 10 to 20 mins then the call ends just like that. Its so disappointing and poor client service
