Poor and **** service all around

This is a bad service to get from Old Mutual. I've been asking them to disburse the funds into my account. They're taking me from pillar to post. **** service to be honest and this 179 years of existence is a dismal failure. I received a message to say the funds will be paid within 3-5 days on Tuesday 03/12/2024 which is a big fat lie. It's almost the 4th day waiting for them to do their part. It's embarrassing to say the least about this company. Even to call me to keep me updated is a failure. They don't even care. I even heard one of the call centre consultants while visiting the branch today that they're not suppose to speak to the customer. If they don't play their part end of today, I must move all my policies elsewhere. They can't be so naive and unprofessional with their lame excuse so-called customer service with my money I deserve
