Poor aftersales
Ive been with Old mutual for a while now, but lately they are lagging, I missed premiums last year due to bank being hacked.
A month after I missed my premium, I asked them to reinstate my life policy, I have asked monthly since then and they just ignores me
I also noticed a iwyze policy on my name that is reflecting negative, but I dont have insurance with Iwyze, they also dont come back to me.
