poor administration old mutual

I have been having a funeral policy with old mutual since 2013 and to my shock , I am not covered. My details have been captured under someone else and im the one who is paying. Im very upset and require all my money back as I have not made a claim. I will seek a policy somewhere else because the people who are employed there are failing to assist me. This is my money and I want it back
