Poor administration

Requested withdrawal after resigned. This was done early December 2021 with all the necessary info provided. 20 days allowed for processing of claim. It is the 10th of January 2022 and NO PROGRESS seem to have been made regarding the claim. Different day, different feedback provided by different consultants. From feedbac received that i will receive my funds early January 2022, to thid week and Wednesday and theb again next week. Absolute disgrace
