I am trying to get a payment finalised from a policy for 3 years. Many calls to call centres to follow up and then useless mail follows with requirements needed. When replying mail is undelivered. No name..no number to call..not even possible to reply to mail. Requirements not possible but nobody to discuss and finalise.
