Policy without my concern
I have a problem with Old mutual they opened a policy without my concern. I went to their branch they said the matter will be resolve within 5 days but am still waiting even if I call them they tell me they will resolve the matter. In this regard what should we do if a company like old mutual forge our signature?

We only issue new policies upon receipt of a signed application form. It would appear that we (Old Mutual and yourself) might be the victims of a person committing ***** in this instance. We take this very seriously. The matter will be investigate and if an Old Mutual staff member committed *****, he/she will face disciplinary action and will be dismissed. We will also open a ******** case at the South African Police Services.
We will also cancel the plan and refund any money we received from your bank account./salary.
