*****…. Policy Vanished
*****…***** committed internally in Old Mutual
I have 2 education policies with Old Mutual which has just apparently vanished and does not exist under my name. FSCA kindly investigate this ***** being committed. I have spoken to numerous agents, have been to the branch several times but no one seems to help solve the issue. My children policies under my name now belong to someone else. When I called in May to check up on the value all was well, then when I called in September Apparently I have no policy. Oh what a coincidence so they claim, the owner of the policy is somehow shares the same surname, First alphabet of my name and the first digits of ID. I have provided all proof and policy documents, yet nothing. They keep on escalating the matter yet I still have no feedback and have to do follow up. FSCA…Ombudsman this ***** has been committed internally and they are protect the perpetrator and as the Victim I now need to prove my existence. Please check your policies daily because this is not the first time.
